TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Version in force as of 25 July 2026
1. Seller identity
The website 24Process.fr is operated by PROCESS24, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée), trading under the commercial name 24PROCESS, whose registered office is located at 24 rue René Boulanger, 75010 Paris, France.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on 24Process.fr.
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them before paying for their order.
Automatic translations may be provided. The French version is the reference version.
2. Customer service
For any question about an item or an order, the Customer may contact care@24process.fr.
24PROCESS endeavours to reply within 72 business hours. This timeframe may be extended during certain periods of high activity.
3. Vintage items
The items offered on 24Process.fr are second-hand vintage pieces. They may show signs of wear, irregularities, fading, alterations or repairs related to their age.
The condition of each item is described and photographed with the greatest care. The Customer is invited to carefully review the description, measurements and photographs before ordering.
Measurements are taken by hand and may show a slight variation. Colours may also vary depending on the screen used.
Signs of wear and defects clearly described or visible in the photographs form part of the known characteristics of the item.
Any request for further information about an item may be sent, before ordering, to care@24process.fr.
As vintage pieces are generally unique, adding them to the basket does not constitute a reservation. In the exceptional event of unavailability after payment, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on 24Process.fr. The total order price and delivery charges are shown before payment.
Eligible vintage items are subject to the special VAT margin scheme. VAT is included in the price, but does not appear separately on the invoice and cannot be recovered by a business Customer.
The invoices concerned include the statement:
Special scheme – Second-hand goods.
Any bank or currency conversion fees remain payable by the Customer.
The order is confirmed after payment authorisation and the sending of a confirmation email by 24PROCESS.
24PROCESS may suspend or refuse an order in the event of an unavailable item, refused payment, inconsistent information or suspected fraud.
5. Business orders
When the Customer enters a company, studio or professional identifier in their billing information, or requests an invoice in the name of a business, they confirm that they are ordering for the needs of their professional activity.
An order intended in particular for styling, design, sourcing, costume, shooting, production, resale, study, inspiration or the development of a collection constitutes a business order.
All business orders are firm, final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
6. Delivery
24PROCESS delivers only to the destinations offered at the time of the order.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the item page.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before payment.
An email containing tracking information is sent automatically after the order is shipped.
The Customer must provide a complete and accurate address. A change to the delivery address after the order has been validated cannot be guaranteed.
When a parcel is returned to 24PROCESS because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer, the cost of a new shipment remains payable by the Customer.
A delivery indication recorded by the carrier constitutes tracking information. If the Customer disputes having received their parcel, they must promptly contact care@24process.fr so that 24PROCESS can open an investigation with the carrier.
Announced transit times start running after the parcel has been shipped.

7. Customs duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, the order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or handling fees in the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated before payment, these amounts are not included in the price and remain payable by the buyer.
Where advance payment by the sender is mandatory, these amounts may be calculated and charged to the Customer at the time of the order.
24PROCESS declares the true nature and value of the items. Parcels cannot be declared as gifts and their value cannot be artificially reduced.
